Information we collect and why
We collect your name, email, telephone number, property address, boiler details, selected plan and contribution, displayed monthly price, preferred start and acknowledgements. We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry and discuss the service you requested. Required details enable us to review the property and contact you; without them we may be unable to progress your enquiry.
Where you are enquiring for yourself, our lawful basis is taking steps you request before entering a contract. Where an authorised representative enquires, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to the property enquiry and checking authority. Information necessary to meet legal duties is processed under legal obligation. We may also retain necessary records for our legitimate interests in resolving complaints or legal claims.
The form does not activate a plan or collect payment details. Your boiler and property details are reviewed manually. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing.
Service providers
Wix hosts the website and processes enquiry records for us. Selecting Find address sends your postcode to Ideal Postcodes to retrieve address options; you can enter your address manually instead. These providers may also receive technical connection information when you use their services. Relevant staff and service providers access information needed to handle your enquiry. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
