Eligibility
These plans are for UK residential properties with a domestic natural-gas boiler. We review your boiler’s age, condition, serviceability and parts availability before acceptance. If you do not know its age or model, tell us and we will review it with you. Repair support is subject to the agreed component schedule and final acceptance.

- Full-home cover (only boiler and heating)
- Plumbing, drains, and household electrics
- Locks, pests, and accidental damage
- Pre-existing faults or issues caused by sludge and scale
